Robert Hoelscher

Biography

Robert Hoelscher began his career at the University of Texas at Austin in 1988 in the fundraising unit of the Dean’s Office in the School of Architecture. Prior to joining the Oden Institute in 2007, he worked with Latino USA (a still on-the-air English language news and information program distributed by National Public Radio) within KUT Radio/College of Communication. In his work for the Oden Institute, Hoelscher provides research administration support for Oden Institute affiliated faculty/principle investigators and research staff. This includes proposal preparation and grant award administration (primary research funders are the National Science Foundation and the Department of Energy), human resources, travel administration, event management, and purchasing.
