Abstract

As was done in the last few years the Biophysics Day will consist of two parts that are open for all. In the first part, we will have a distinguished lecture of Professor Ken A Johnson from Biochemistry. Title of talk: "Enzyme conformational dynamics control HIV reverse transcriptase specificity and evolution of drug resistance," 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm; POB 6.304 (See abstract in poster link above). In the second part we will have a competitive poster session in Biophysics ( with cash awards, $300, $200, and $100 for the first three places). The poster session is open but you must send a title of your poster to Ruth at ruth@ices.utexas.edu by April 28 to be included in the program. Hope to see you there.
